Hi, I’m Amy! Originally from the Mornington Peninsula, I moved to Bairnsdale seven years ago to take on the role of Manager at Jeans West. When Jeans West sadly went into administration and closed in early 2025, I found myself at a crossroads – but also with a deep appreciation for this community that had become home.

As a mum to a tennis-obsessed teenager, I know first hand about the overwhelming reality of family laundry. My husband Bill has worked for himself for years, most recently doing window cleaning, so we both understand the juggling act of running a household while managing work commitments. Between keeping up with our teen’s tennis schedule (and the constant stream of sports gear that needs washing!) and our busy lives, I completely understand the laundry struggle.
